Cubitt Invites

In the studio I share with artist Kerstin Kartscher at Cubitt in Angel, London we took part in the Cubitt Invites event. This popular exhibition involves Cubitt studio holders the opportunity to curate shows in their studios by inviting external artists to exhibit. Kerstin and I showed our works alongside that of London-based painter John Chilver. This event offered me the opportunity to showcase a brand-new series of paintings: oil on top of paper pulp on cardboard. Part of my ongoing autobiographical series into 2023’s Transcontinental Race, which I competed in, these works focus on the selfies I took and the food I ate.
